We are distilling a corn-based vodka and charcoal filtering for a clean and pure neutral spirit.

Fresh ginger is chopped and infused for 24 hours in our charcoal filtered corn-base, which is then re-distilled to create a perfectly clear, clean, and crisp flavor.

Local cranberries are crushed and infused for 24 hours then distilled for a well-defined flavor and nose.

Somewhat crazy – we did it on a dare. Fresh cooked bacon chopped up then infused and distilled like all of our flavors to generate a clean, clear, bacon flavor.

Freshly chopped horseradish root is infused for 24 hours then distilled for a well-defined flavor with great nose.

Made with a dark chocolate cocoa powder, enjoy a delightfully rich chocolate flavor ready to sip. Try it in a mudslide or espresso martini!

Our straight, neutral, clean vodka with a vanilla bean! Great flavor extraction, delicious and clean flavor.

A very fresh, clean flavored gin. Subtle flavors, not overbearing – slightly tart from local cranberries used as both part of the botanical ingredients (distilled) as well as a secondary infusion after distillation. The color comes from the cranberries and will fade over time (to yellow, then clear) but the flavor does not change.

Gin made using local juniper berries harvested by hand off of local Eastern Red Cedar trees which are actually junipers (Juniperus Virginiana)! A more conventional pine-forward taste, simply delicious.

A very smooth, easy to sip, white rum made from a table grade (same as what you would put on pancakes) molasses. Pairs very well with any kind of citrus.

Hand-peeled lemon flavedo, high-proof vodka, and sugar are blended to create this bright, clean liqueur.

An old family recipe brought from Lithuania in 1945, made using Massachusetts honey and a slew of spices including cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, saffron, vanilla, ginger, orange, and lemon. Some have described it as ‘Christmas in a bottle’, perfect straight by the fire or add it to hot cider for instant mulled cider. In Lithuania, the devil (Velnias) is a trickster that will make you do silly things if you’re not careful – much like this liquor.

Based on a recipe given to us by Peter at PJ’s Cranberries in Sandwich, MA. A fairly simple combination of cranberries, cinnamon, cloves, and cane sugar to create something similar to ‘Fireball’ with a slightly juicy cranberry twist.

Made using Massachusetts grown and malted 2-Row barley. Matured in 15 gallon new-oak barrels to make a sweet, smooth, clean, even flavored whiskey analogous to an unsmoked Highland Scotch Whiskey.
